Hey there, I'm Kristina!

I'm a Registered Dietitian with a passion for all things food, fitness, and fun! As a dietitian, one of my passions in life is helping people learn how to make a healthier lifestyle fun and easy. I've been a dietitian for almost 2 years and have already learned so much about how to help people make healthier, sustainable lifestyle changes in a fun way.

I have worked as a dietitian in a grocery store and currently work with high school, college, and professional athletes for sports nutrition. I recently started my own online dietitian consultation and nutrition coaching program through my business Faithful to Food. In my spare time, I love making and creating new recipes that are both healthy and delicious- they can be found on Instagram at @cookingwithkswanny !  I used to be a terrible cook up until a few years ago- BUT through continued attempts in the kitchen, I have found a new passion and talent for cooking the last few years! If I can do it, so can you :) 

I'm a firm believer in "everything in moderation" and love helping people work on making their favorite recipes healthy and tasty, while having a healthy relationship with food. Stay faithful to food and have confidence in yourself- I promise something good will come out of it!

ABOUT THE CLASS:

Join me for a fun class to learn how to prepare 3 different meal-prepped breakfast recipes to make your morning routine a breeze. Say goodbye to the days of rushing around and skipping breakfast in the morning- these recipes can be made ahead of time and will be easy to grab and go.

Each of these recipes can be made a few days ahead of time and will save you lots of time in the morning! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and it is so important to fuel your body in the morning. Even if you're not hungry right away in the morning, these recipes are portable and you can take them with you for later!

We will be making:

-Egg Muffins (for either the Instant Pot or oven)

-Overnight Oats (2 different recipes)

-Greek Yogurt Parfaits

*all recipes can be made gluten-free and dairy-free as needed


As we prepare the recipes together, I will explain why each of these are great options for breakfast, and how you can modify them to work with your dietary needs. 


Materials You Will Need:

-Muffin tin or silicone insert 

-Cutting board and knives

-Mason jars, storage containers, or cups for overnight oats and parfaits


This class is recommended for ages 16 and up of any cooking experience. The class will be taught in a live Zoom class. Link will be sent upon registration along with a list of ingredients needed for the class. 

Recipes will be sent to participants for later use.

MATERIALS:
MATERIALS STUDENTS WILL USE IN CLASS: A digital download of the class recipe ingredients (with nutrition information) will be provided upon registration. Learn how to access your digital download here. 

WHO:
Minimum age requirement: Recommended ages 16 and up, or younger with adult supervision

REQUIREMENTS:

Participants are highly recommended to create at least 1 of the 3 recipes during the class.
