ABOUT THE TEACHER:
ABOUT THE CLASS:
Grab your apron, it's time to make pasta from scratch! Can't eat gluten? Surprise! This class is gluten-free!
Chef Sunshine Flagg of The Culture Club will walk us through how to make fresh gluten-free pasta like a pro from start to finish.
In this class, online attendees will learn how to make a gluten-free version of traditional hand-made pasta and sauce hailing from Sardinia. We may not be able to travel right now but we can sure eat like we are! By the end of this class, you'll have a delicious meal to eat and the knowledge to make Sardinian-style gnocchetti with the traditional accompanying sauce from scratch again to share!
