Join me for a fun and interactive cooking class to learn how to meal prep like a boss without spending hours in the kitchen! Not only will you learn how to meal prep for success, but how to do so in a way that will lead to more energy and confidence with healthy, delicious foods.
After hosting 100+ cooking classes and working with hundreds of clients as a health coach and chef, I know one thing for sure. We are all looking for ways to make healthy work for us that's easy, but still delicious.
If it's stressful, defeating, and doesn't taste good, these healthier habits probably aren't going to stick around, right?
In this class focusing on meal prep, I'll be sharing my tips and tricks I've learned preparing thousands of meals for private meal prep chef clients.
You will walk away from this class feeling confident in...
-simple ingredient swaps that will help you feel your best
-basic knife skills to increase confidence in the kitchen
-how to meal prep in a way that doesn't require hours in the kitchen
-how to multitask in the kitchen
-the basic formulas you need for meal prep success
-how to make it once, use it multiple ways to keep things interesting
-the secret to making prepped ahead food taste fresh
During class, I'll be demoing:
-Mexican Cobb Mason Jar Salads
-Roasted Veggie Power Bowls with 2 delicious sauces (lemon tahini and cashew herb)
-Perfectly seared chicken
At the end of class, you'll have meals for the week prepped and ready to go!

MATERIALS STUDENTS WILL USE IN CLASS:
For this class, you'll need basic cooking equipment (cutting board, knife, blender, sauté pan, and a baking sheet). No materials are provided by the teacher.
This live-online will be taught via Zoom. Learners will receive their Zoom link via the digital download upon purchase. To learn how to access your digital download, view this tutorial.
STUDENTS WILL TAKE HOME:
- 4 Mexican Cobb Mason Jar Salads
