Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: A Behavioral Approach
ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Hello! My name is Erica Ranade, and I am a behavior analyst. That means I work with people from all walks of life to help them operationalize, collect information, set goals, and implement plans to help them be as successful and independent as possible. I have two masters degrees in Psychology from Illinois State University, and I have spent the past decade working in school districts, private clinics, independent practices, and university settings. I am passionate about staff training, management skills, and using behavioral strategies to make meaningful lifestyle changes.
ABOUT THE CLASS:
Do I belong in this meeting? Are they talking to me? I'm not sure if I'm qualified to answer that.
