The New Norm: Working From Home and Setting Boundaries
ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Welcome! I am an author, public speaker, collaborator, proud dog mom, and outdoor enthusiast. As a mindfulness coach, I specialize in helping others develop a healing connection with themselves. I have been practicing and implementing mindful meditation for 10 years and have been coaching businesses, individuals, and couples for over 4 years. My goal is to hold space for clients in a way that offers them access to their most authentic selves. I look forward to partnering with you in creating a life you seriously dig.
ABOUT THE CLASS:
Are you working remotely from home? Do you feel anxiety when you're disconnected from your e-mail and phone? Do you have a hard time setting boundaries between your personal time and work?
In the class we discuss how to be mindful of our work spaces now that it may be overlapping with our home space.
1. Identify stressors and barriers in their work-home life balance.
2. Connect with the needs they may have in their new environment.
3. Get clear on boundaries they would like to set to create more grounded spaces for both home and work.
4. Develop an accountability and follow-through plan to reach the desired outcome for each participant.
